Here's the beginning, sorry for the shortness and crapness but it will get better!
I stood in the dressing room, looking at myself in the mirror. Lucy, my make up artist and someone who'd become a friend of mine, sat me down and started to apply foundation. "You nervous?" she asked, in her usual cheery voice. I nodded. "I can't believe I've come this far. If this was the real world, I'd have just finished my A levels. Now I'm about to go on and perform to a couple of thousand people in Wembley Arena, the last date of a sellout arena tour. How crazy is that?" "Which one do you prefer?" she asked, taking some blusher and dusting it softly over my cheeks. "Performing. Schoolwork just can't win I'm afraid." She quickly put eyeliner, eyeshadow and mascara on me and let me stand up. "Good luck," she smiled. "Thank you," I smiled back. I left the dressing room and walked along the corridor. Lewis, my bass player and Kieran, my guitarist, were standing around, strumming mindlessly on their guitars. "Good Luck tonight guys," I said, pulling them each into a hug. I saw my drummer, Dan talking to a slightly shorter guy with black hair. I smiled, walked over and pulled the dark haired boy into a kiss. "Urgh, Emma, warn me next time you're going to do that," Dan smiled. "I'll be able to look away." "Sorry, I just haven't seen him for ages," I replied, pulling him into a hug. I let him go and he smiled down at me. "Well, I'll let you and lover boy catch up then," he said whilst walking away. I turned back to the boy and kissed him again. "Good luck tonight," he whispered. "You're going to blow them away." I smiled to myself. "I bloody well hope so." "Emma, you're 18. You have so much energy and you're going to be fine." "Thank you." I kissed him again and he smiled. He looked away for a minute and I sighed. "Ashley, have you got work tomorrow?" I asked. "Yeah, and so do you," he whispered, softly carressing my cheek. I nodded. "I know but I'd rather stay with you." I smiled, kissing him. I had everything I'd ever wanted. A nice flat, a lovely boyfriend, a top selling album and critical acclaim, yet for some reason I was still unhappy with my life. I never let it show. I hated the whole arrogance thing that some popstars had. Music had been my first love right from a very early age and when I'd auditioned to join Busted, I found something I loved even more, well, someone I loved even more. We were inseperable for what seemed like a life time. But in reality, we were together for just under two years. I'd never had to choose between love or music and when I chose love, I knew that this guy was definatley something special. Busted went on without me but I still had the love of my life. I knew things were never going to be the same and I was right. As Busted became bigger and bigger, I became a smaller and smaller part of his life. I didn't think my part in his life could get much smaller until I saw the pictures. Some brainless page three model, in an alley, next to a London nightclub. Not a patch on our nights in, snuggled up on the sofa. Well, in my opinion at least. I knew he had to hide the fact he had a girlfriend but that was just stooping to a new low. I couldn't take much more after that. I listened to his excuses, the times he said he was set up. I wanted to believe him but I knew I couldn't. Not having anywhere to go was a big problem. I managed to stay with my mate in her flat unil I found something more long-term. Then Ashley came along. He was a DJ in a club. He was older but that didn't seem to matter. He was 24 to be exact. I was still 18 but I didn't let the age gap bother me. We got on great and we really loved each other. When I walked out on Matt's life, I never saw him again. Part of me didn't want to either.
When we got back to the hotel after the concert, things seemed awkward between me and Ashley. I got out of my stage clothes that I'd had on on the way home and put on some jogging bottoms and shorts. It was boiling and I really didn't fancy getting straight into bed, even though I was shattered. I went into the living room and fell down on the sofa next to Ashley, his arm fell around me and I snuggled up to him. "What's the matter?" I asked, breathing deeply. "Do you invite Busted on your guest list?" he asked me, staring straight ahead. I sat up slightly. "No, Why?" "They were there," he told me through gritted teeth. "What? All three of them?" I asked. He nodded. "That wanker had a ditzy blonde draped over him. More cleavage than sense." When using the term, 'that wanker', Ashley was referring to Matt. I'd told him what had gone on between the two of us and he hadn't been happy. "It took so much for me not to knock his face in for all he's put you through," "I wouldn't bother, just leave it." I told him. I didn't know how they'd ended up in the VIP area, it was probably something arranged between the record companies. We were both celebrities now so it was near on impossible to completely avoid each other but we'd somehow managed to not come in contact with each other. Sure enough, I still saw him in the papers and on the TV but I wasn't going to let things like that get me down. I looked at the clock and saw that the time was just gone midnight. "I'm going to go to bed, you coming?" I asked, pulling myself up. He shook his head. "I'll come in a minute, you go on though." I nodded. "I love you," I whispered, kissing him. He nodded. "I love you too." Something in his voice didn't convince me so I went to bed, thinking of him.

The next weekend, I had to go on one of the childrens shows to promote my new single. Josh, my PA was with me, and me and the rest of my band piled into the people carrier. "Who else is on this show today?" I asked, fiddling with the hem of my jacket. Josh bit his lip. "What?" I asked defensively. "Busted," he told me, looking down at the floor. I shrugged. "Oh well, I knew I couldn't avoid them for the rest of my life. It's no big deal Josh, I swear." I told him. He always got worried if he did something that he thought would upset me, but I wasn't going to let this get me down. We walked into the television studios and Josh took me to my dressing room. It was just a square room with a sofa, a mirror and a coffee table in it. I didn't need much, I didn't see the point of massive riders. "Right, there's going to be an interview, with you, then a performance and that should be it," Josh explained. I nodded and sat down. "Someone will come and get you soon so you can go down to make up. I nodded. He went to walk out of the door but I stopped him. "Josh, you still seem really stressed out about this whole situation," I told him. He shrugged. "I just don't think you're really as happy about it as you say you are," he explained. "I'm fine about it. Anyway, it'll be good to see them again. Especially James, we used to be really good friends." "Well if you decide that you really don't want to see them then I'm sure I can explain something and it'll get sorted out." I shook my head and pushed him out of the door. "It's alright, now stop worrying." I smiled. He smiled back and walked off. I walked back over to the sofa, fell down and picked my mobile up. I dialled Ashley's number and waited while it rang. "Hi baby," his voice came from the other end. I smiled. "Hi. How are you?" I asked. "I'm fine, how about you?" he replied. "Well, I could be better, but it's no big deal."I told him. "Why? What's happened?" he asked quickly. "Busted are on the same show as I'm on at the moment," "So I'm guessing you're finding it a bit awkward," Ashley laughed. "Just a bit. I haven't seen them yet but I actually do want to," I said, fiddling, with my jacket again. "What? Even him," Ashley asked, sounding shocked. "Yeah, I mean, I know everything that happened but he was one of my friends as well as being my boyfriend." I sighed. "Yeah, but he's a dickhead." I giggled. Some one knocked on my door and I got up to answer it. Josh was standing there so I signalled for him to wait."I have to go. I'll see you later," I told Ashley. "Yeah, alright. I love you," he said. "Yeah I love you too. Bye," I hung up the phone and put it in my pocket. "Josie's here with your clothes," he explained. Josie was my stylist. A woman with great fashion taste and someone I really trusted. She, like all my entourage, had become a close friend of mine. I smiled when I saw her wheeling a clothes rack over and let her in the dressing room. "How are you?" she asked, kissing my cheek in a showbiz way. "I'm fine, you?" She nodded and started sifting through the clothes. "Right, We have lots of jeans, lots of t-shirts, skirts, zip up tops, trainers, whatever you want, I should have it." She smiled. "Can I just wear, jeans and a t-shirt today?" I asked, "I really just can't be bothered to get dressed up." Josie nodded, pulled out some long dark blue jeans, a white t-shirt and some Vans. "This do?" she asked, holding them up. I nodded. "They're perfect." I smiled. She stood around while I got changed and then handed me a belt. "You need more accssesories," she told me, digging through a box of jewellery. I put the belt around my waist and buckled it. Then I took the earrings and necklaces on that Josie was holding out and placed them on as well. "Is that it?" I asked, slightly impatiently. As lovely as Josie was, she always got slightly carried away on the outfits. "Yeah, I think so," she replied, still rummaging in the box. Josh arrived back from doing some jobs and stood in the doorway. "You look lovely, now off you go to get your hair and make up done," he said, ushering me out of the room and down the corridor to the hair and make up room. We walked in and their were loads of woman standing around laughing at a joke that must have been cracked before we walked in the room. They were standing around one of the big black chairs and all I could see to begin with was a small tuft of blonde hair poking over the top. When they moved, I saw the reflection of James' in the mirror. He saw me as well and spun the chair around. "EMMA!" he shouted happily. He got up, walked over and hugged me tightly. "Oh my god, how are you? You look great! I haven't seen you in ages," he gabbled all in one go. I smiled. "I know, but it's been difficult. I've been pretty much rushed off my feet for the past year." James nodded. "We were at your concert last weekend. It was excellent," he grinned. "Cheers. Ashley told me he saw you," I smiled, thinking back to how angry Ashley had been when he'd seen them. "I read in the papers that you were getting married to him. Is that true?" he asked, whilst being dragged back over to the make up chair. One of the other ladies sat me down in the one next to him so we could carry on our conversation. I shook my head. "It's a load of crap. I don't want to get married yet, I'm 18. We were buying a ring for his sisters birthday. They just blew it all out of proportion." James smiled. "As usual." We sat for a couple of moments, not really sure of what to say to each other. "You should come and say hi to all the guys, they'd love to see you again, I'm sure," James said after what seemed like an eternity. I bit my lip and shrugged. "I dunno, wouldn't it be a bit awkward, y'know, with me and Matt?" I asked. James shrugged back. "It would only be awkward if you two made it awkward. You should put your differences behind you, start afresh. It would probably take a weight off your mind, knowing you weren't mortal enemies. He's still hurting from it, it's obvious," "But what about that girl he bought to the concert," James smiled. "That's his way of coping with it. He picks up a different girl every week so he doesn't look single. He does it to keep himself busy as opposed to sitting around moping all day. It makes him look bad but it's a good idea." I smiled. The woman was now starting to apply eyeshadow so I shut my eyes. "Has anyone in this room got a piece of paper and a pen?" I heard James ask. "I haven't," I replied, there were various murmurs from the other ladies until I heard James say 'cheers'. Obviously someone had found him some. I opened my eyes again to see James scribbling something down. He straightened up, handed me the paper and smiled. "That's my mobile number, if you decide you do want to meet up then give me a ring, yeah?" I nodded. "Cheers," I smiled. He kissed my cheek and left the make up room.

In the car on the way back home, I sat fiddling with the piece of paper James had given me, trying to decide whether I should call him. "What's that?" Josh asked, smiling. I sighed. "You promise you won't tell Ashley?" I asked. Josh nodded. "Cross my heart, hope to die." I sighed again. "It's James' number. He's asked me to meet up with him and the guys again." "And are you going to?" Josh asked. "You know Ashley doesn't like them." "I know he doesn't but I miss being around them still. We had a great laugh together. With Ashley, I feel I've had to grow up because of the age gap." "I thought you said the age gap doesn't bother you," "It doesn't but if I had one problem about it, then that's it. I mean, It's not as if I want everything to go back to normal, I just want to catch up with them again. I left so quickly and never had a proper chance to say goodbye." Josh shrugged. "This won't be goodbye though, this will be rekindling everything you had together. Plus, I dread to think what would happen if Ashley found out. You'd be dead." The car stopped outside my block of flats and I climbed out. I picked up my bag and smiled at Josh. "Ashley can't control my life forever," I told him, as I slammed the door shut. "Look, I know you won't do what I tell you to do and you won't even do what Ashley tells you to do but just, be careful," he told me. I nodded. "I willl, just don't worry about me." I turned and walked towards the door of the flats and keyed in the code. I turned and waved as Josh drove off and then let myself in. Talking to Josh had made me even more sure over what I wanted to do. I ran up the stairs and let myself into the flat, then chucked my bag down on the floor and made my way over to the phone. I took a deep breath, dialled the number and waited as the phone rang. "Hello?" came James' confused voice from the other end of the line. I smiled to myself. "James? It's Emma, I've decided that I do want to meet up with you guys, but can we do it somewhere private, where there won't be any press hanging around" I asked, walking into the lounge with the phone. "Yeah, sure. Let me just check when the others are free." I heard muffled talking on the other end of the line and waited until James came back. "What are you doing tonight?" he asked. Tonight was sooner than I had expected but I suppose it was a good idea to get it over and done with. Ashley would be working tonight so I would have a way out of explaining to him, as long as I got home before 6am. "I'm not doing anything," I told him. "Great. Come over to mine tonight. What time will be best for you?" Ashley went to work at about 7 and I'd need some time to get ready. "About 8.30?" I suggested. "Okay, cool, do you know my new address?" he asked. "Nope, you better give it to me." I took the address down, said goodbye and decided I had made the right choice.

I stood outside the block of flats James had told me to come to and shifted nervously from foot to foot. I paused before tapping in the number of James' flat and waiting while the intercom buzzed up to his flat. I heard the intercom phone ringing through and open window and smiled to myself. "Hello?" James' voice came out of the silver box on the wall. "Hey, it's Emma," "Come on up," he said cheerily. The door clicked and I pushed it open then walked up the stairs. James had already pulled the front door open and was waiting for me on the landing. "Hi!" he grinned, pulling me into a hug. I hugged him back. When we pulled apart he put his fingers to his lips. "I haven't told the other two that it's you that's coming," he whispered. "They just think that you'r a random mate of mine." He led me in the house, I kicked my trainers off and stood hidden as he opened the door to the lounge. The telly was blaring and James smiled. "My mate's here," he beamed, standing slighly aside so I could walk in. I slipped around the doorframe and smiled. "Hey guys," I said, nervously. Matt's head shot up first, closely followed by Charlie's. I hadn't really known Charlie as well as I'd known the others but I had lived with him for quite a while after he joined the band and I'd had a couple of deep and meaningful conversations with him. It was him who was first to greet me. I think Matt was still processing the information. Charlie hugged me tightly. "Oh my god! It's so good to see you again," he smiled, kissing me on the cheek. I smiled. "I know, and you. I haven't seen you in ages. Well, I've seen you on the telly and stuff but not properly. Charlie stood aside and Matt was now standing infront of me, quite far away, smiling nervously. I walked over to him slowly, put my arms around him and hugged him tightly. After a couple of seconds, his hands moved around me and he hugged me back. It was a long hug and I really started to see his sensitive side again. When we pulled apart, he looked down into my eyes. "I've missed you," he whispered, moving some hair out of my eyes. "I've missed you too." I started to get quite emotional and had to turn away from him before I burst into tears. He looked quite hurt at this but he also looked as if he understood my actions. "Emma, do you want a drink?" James asked, walking over to the kitchen. I shook my head. "I'm alright at the moment, cheers," I said, taking a seat on one of the sofas. Charlie sat next to me and Matt sat on the sofa opposite. "So how did you organize this?" Charlie asked, picking up his beer bottle and taking a drink. "James saw me backstage this morning at that show and gave me his number, said we should meet so I decided to ring him back. It's time to lay everything to rest."I said, "Start afresh." Charlie nodded and I noticed Matt just sitting staring into space. I desperatley wanted to start a conversation with him but had no idea what to say. James looked at his watch and nudged Charlie. "Wanna come with me Chazwick and pick up the pizza?" he asked. I was sure he gave him a wink as well. Charlie caught on to what he was trying to suggest, as did Matt. "I'll come with you James," Matt said standing up. "Charlie and Emma can catch up," James pushed him back down. "Oh no you don't mate. Charlie's coming and that's final. You can sit and talk to Emma. You two have some catching up to do." Matt rolled his eyes, making me feel hurt that he obviously didn't want to talk things over. As Charlie stood up, he squeezed my knee and winked at me in a reassuring way. The two of them bundled out of the door, leaving me and Matt in silence. It felt painfully awkward, and Matt didn't even try to meet my gaze. "So things really worked out with Charlie didn't they," I eventually managed to stutter. Matt picked up the TV control, flicked the channel and nodded, still not looking at me. "He's a nice guy, really commited," he commented, trying to turn it into a dig at me. I sighed. "So, you got a girlfriend, at the moment?" I asked, cursing myself immediatley afterwards for bringing up relationships. He shook his head. "Nope." "So you've dyed your hair again I see," "Yep," "It suits you," "Cheers." I felt anger build up inside of me because of his rudeness. He still hadn't looked at me. It reminded me of the first couple of months after I joined the band.We were completely back to the beginning. "Hows all the writing going?" I asked, signalling to acoustic guitars lying about on the floor. "Great, thank you," he replied wth a loud sigh. "Oh for fucks sake will you just do me the decency of looking at me!" I screamed eventually. He managed to kepp his composure although he did flinch slightly. "I'm sorry, but I just can't," he told me quietly. "What do you mean, you can't?" I spat back at him. He started to get himself angry as well and eventually turned to me, his eyes full of rage. "Because of all you've put me through, the tears, the pain, the anguish. I really couldn't take it after you walked out on me. I wanted to kill myself. Why on't you ask James and Charlie about the time they had to pull me out of the bath when I tried to drown myself." he shouted back. "Oh, boo hoo," I said sarcastically. "What about me? I cried myself to sleep for weeks, trying to make myself believe that you wouldn't do that to me. Then I realised that no matter who you were seeing or who you were in love with, you'd still be Matt, the person who can't go without shagging something for a week." "I'm a guy, I need some way of releasing my sexual energy, you never put out for me." I rolled my eyes. "You have hands don't you!" I screamed back. "And anyway, I thought that you'd finally realised our relationship was about more than sex." "When will you get it into your thick skull?" Matt shouted, standing up, towering above me. "I loved you, I still love you, you meant everything to me." "What? and that cheap tart meant even more did she?" I fired back, standing up as well. "She meant nothing and you know it! I was set up. If that paper had printed a picture that was taken a few seconds after, you'd have seen me pushing her away and asking her what the fuck she thought she was doing. The papers didn't know about you, noone knew about you, they didn't know that they were getting me into tonnes of trouble and hurting you at the same time. They were just hellbent on getting a story. You should know that by now, it's happened to you enough." I didn't know whether to believe him or not. "You just can't accept that you fucked up, can you?" I asked. He shook his head. "I never fucked up. I stayed perfectly faithful to you. You left me on the 30th of April. I bet you don't even remember whats so special about that date do you?" he asked, calming down slightly. "No. Why? Should I?" I asked, scowling at him. He did a weird laugh and then shook his head. "You see maybe this just proves I was more into the relationship than you were. It was the day before our 1 Year anniversary. The 1st of May was the date when I first asked you out. I was going to make our first anniversary as a couple really special. I had it all planned out. Because you were only 17 and couldn't get legally pissed in a pub or club, I was gonna get some champagne from the off licence, take you down the park, near the river, it was going to be really special." "And this is going to make me feel sorry for you in what way?" I asked, folding my arms. "I was going to propose to you. I had the ring, I'd told all the important people, I even rang up your mum and asked her for permission. I wanted to do it properly. James was going to be my best man. Then you just left. You just left me to make me look like a right idiot. I had to tell everyone that the wedding was off before I'd even proposed. I had to ring your mum and tell her that I was a screw up, that I couldn't look after her daughter properly. I had to tell my parents that they weren't going to get a new daughter in law after all. And the thing to make it all worse was the fact that when I was on the phone telling them what an idiot I'd been and how I'd let you down, they were fucking agreeing with me." Matt shouted, slowly building up his anger again. As touched as I was, I didn't want his sob stories make me give in. "Don't you think I was upset too? I'd put all my faith in you. I trusted you. Why did you even go with that girl in the first place? You know they're all after one thing." I retaliated. Our faces were now centimetres apart. We were so close, I could feel his breath on my cheek. I waited and waited for a reply but never got one. The anger just built and built in his eyes. Then, without warning, the anger turned into lust. Matt's hand moved to the back of my neck and pulled me in towards him. It happened so fast that I couldn't stop the inevitable. Our lips met and a bolt of electricity passed through both of our bodies. Furiously, his tongue tried to part my lips. When I eventually gave in and let his tongue inside my mouth, he massaged my tounge, making my knees melt. A thought of Ashley rushed into my head and I tried to push it away as me and Matt became more and more involved. I'd never really understood why people went back to their exes but now I was getting some first hand experience on the matter. I didn't want to get back with Matt, I still loved Ashley, but being back in his arms made me regain all my old feelings. As his hands moved to pull my t-shirt over my head, I pushed him away. "We can't, James and Charlie will be back soon," I explained breathlessly. He nodded. "I'm sorry, I know you have a boyfriend and everything but I couldn't help it," he told me, sitting back down where he had been previously. "Don't be sorry for youur true feelings," I told him, smiling seductivly. Something that was weird for me. Seduction wasn't usually something I went in for. He flashed me one of his cheeky grins making myself realise I was getting into dangerous circumstances.

I sat on James' sofa later that night, pizza boxes scattered all over the floor. I hadn't really drunk much so I still was in charge of my body. I looked at my watch. 1.30am. Ashley would still be DJing now but it was a good idea to be home before he was. We been chatting all night and the boys had had great fun telling me about Matt's 21st and Charlie's 19th, both had happened a couple of weeks previously. I pulled myself up off of the sofa and James watched as I did so. "Where you going?" he asked, sleepily. "I better be going home," I told him, maintaining my balance. "Already?" Charlie asked. I nodded. "I better get back before Ashley does, he doesn't actually know that I've gone out," James nodded and pulled himself up as did Charlie. Matt sat fiddling around in his pocket for a while before putting something in his hand and pulling himself up. I hugged James and Charlie and then went to hug Matt. As I did, he took my hand and placed the thing he was holding in it. I smiled and we pulled apart. "Cheers guys," I said happily, opening the door. "Thanks for coming, it's been great to catch up," James smiled. I nodded. "I really has," I smiled back. I walked down the stairs and let myself out of the front door. I walked along the road for a bit, hailed a cab, climbed in, gave him my address and sat back. I looked down at my hand to see what Matt had handed me. A piece of scrunched up paper sat in my palm and I slowly picked it up with my other hand. I unscrewed it and readt what was written on it.
I really want us to meet up alone, give me a ring, Lots of Love, Matt xxx
Underneath, he'd scrawled two phone numbers out. One was a landline, the other, a mobile number. I smiled to myself and programmed the two numbers into my mobile, just incase I decided to put them to good use.
When I got in, I fell back on the sofa and kicked my shoes off. I picked the remote up and flicked through the TV channels. I must have drifted off to sleep because I was suddenly woken up by a loud crash. I looked at the clock and saw that the time was 6:30. I pulled myself up from the sofa and walked into the hallway where Ashley was pulling himself up from a heap on the floor. "Hey baby," he said, as he eventually managed to get on his feet. He walked over and hugged me, stinking of booze. "You're pissed aren't you?" I asked as I rested my head in his chest. He nodded. "Just a tiny bit, but I'm okay. I tripped over the doormat." We pulled apart and he kissed me softly. "I thought you're not allowed to drink on the job," I said, suspiciously. "I'm not, but they kept bribing me with alcohol to play their favourite songs. Well actually, they were bribing me with coke," I cut him off. "Drugs?" "No, drinking coke," he laughed "But they were spiking them with vodka. Then I sussed out that if I don't say anything, they wouldn't know I knew I was consuming alcohol so I'd get away with drinking on the job." I smiled and nodded. "So you're pretty smart when your pissed aren't you!" He nodded, proudly. "I'm a good little boy," he smiled angelically. "Well, I wouldn't go that far but you never know, one day you might be." "What? Are you saying that I'm a bad boy?" he asked, putting on a sad face. "Sometimes, yes, sometimes no," "And I'm guessing that telling you I have to go away for two months to Falaraki in two weeks time isn't going to make me a good boy is it?" he asked, biting his bottom lip. "Too fucking right it won't." I told him sternly. "Why? What's happening?" I asked, following him into the bedroom where he was blatantly trying to get away from the situation. He sat down on his side of the bed and looked up at me. "My mate owns a club out there. He was really impressed with a set I did a couple of nights ago and he's asked me to go and DJ for him during the high season." he told me apologetically. "But it's two months, that's forever." I moaned. "I know, but it's a really big break for me." "Yeah, and what happens if someone sees you over there, likes you and wants you to stay permanently?" "We'll cross that bridge when we get to it, IF we get to it." "You do realise that I wouldn't be able to drop everything and move out there with you, don't you." "Yes, I know, but you're completely jumping the gun, babe." "Ashley, I already don't get to see you enough, this is going to put us under even more strain. What about all the girls who will inevitably throw themselves at you?" "I'll tell them that I have a girlfriend already," "Oh come on, this is Falaraki, it hardly has the cleanest reputation," I shouted. "Do you not trust me? Is that what this is about?" "No, I just think it's going to be difficult," "Emma, I can tell you don't trust me with the female attention that I could possibly get," "Ashley........." "Don't you think that hurts me, knowing that I don't have your trust," "Ashley, I didn't mean it like that," "You obviously did otherwise you wouldn't have said it like that." "What is it about all men?" I shouted back at him. "Why do you all want to turn everything into an argument?" He shrugged. "Why, who else are you referring to?" he asked me irately. "No one, it doesn't matter," "Yes it does, Tell me who you mean. Are you cheating on me?" he asked shouting even louder. "NO I'M NOT," I sceamed. The guilty concious was kicking in now, even though I hadn't really cheated on him. It had only been a kiss afterall. "Emma......" he started. I turned and stormed out of the room, picking up my bag as I did so. "Just leave me alone Ashley!" I shouted, opening the front door and storming out of the the block of flats. I walked round the corner and along the road for a little bit before stopping and sitting on a park bench. I started pulling things out of my bag, dropping the piece of paper Matt had given me earlier. I picked it up, read it through, smiled to myself and, suddenly aware that there might be press lurking in the bushes, walked along whilst texting him. - when r u free? I want it 2 b soon. ring me on this number or txt me bk, luv emma xxx-. I decided to make my way to my cousins house, she always told me I could turn up when I wanted . I walked along just randomly thinking to myself. The situation with Ashley had just become incredibly unstable, something which I never thought would happen between us. Maybe going to Matt wasn't going to be the best idea, although, I just needed someone to talk to. We'd always been able to do that when we were together so why would it change. He's just a friend, nothing more, and after whats happened, I don't think he can ever be more but it was worth being back on speaking terms with him.

I'd love to say 'MMMMOOOOOOOOOOOOORE!' thing again, but seeing that that is not appreciated around here, I will say, 'Emma, you're a damn good writer and you NEED to post more.' Oh, now, there there, I did say 'more', LMAO.
