It was really close. With 1 more county to go - Busted were in third McFly second and Anastacia 1st but there were 2 points between them then in the last county Anastacia came bottom with 6 points - McFly got 8 and Busted got 10 meaning they won by 1 POINT!

i was soooo pissed i went ROTY last year wen my mate got some tix, an the show was a bit pants other than busted and fat man scoop showing nipple at 7 o clock (apparently it aint allowed) an this year was a brill show!!!!

i didnt think they were going to get it, and i was usure myself because i think Thunderbirds is the worst busted song there is, well its still good but not as good as the rest of their stuff

i'm glad they did though because they are my favorite band out of all of those who were up for it
(and at all for that matter)

Hahaha the Record Of The Year is a pile of crap to be honest, but I just hoped that Busted would beat McFly.

I think they'd have streamed ahead the entire way through if it was 3am. It kept swapping between Busted, Will Young and mainly Anastacia at the top, and suddenly Anastacia went down, McFly went up, Busted went all over the place and BAM they won. ;D They did wicked performances though.

McFly's performance was pretty weak, but not as bad as the Poll Winners.. don't mind Five Colours though, it's catchy.

I think that if McFly had won, their victory performance would be so boring. They should have at least rocked it up and looked like they were enjoying it or something, and that way they'd send out more positive vibes. ;D

I don't get the deal with Anastacia! Loads of people were voting for her but she's not that remarkable. I hate the way people think that just cause the artist has been through a lot, their music is the most amazing thing that ever happened.
